Qualification
Fresh bachelorโs degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field, registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council.
Technical Expertise
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment ย
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a willingness to take on challenges.
Key Responsibilities
Participate in rotational assignments across various departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of the solar industry.
- Assist in PV designing, Operations, Supply Chain, Project planning and execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and efficiency.
- Participate in workshops and training to develop leadership and technical skills.
- Basic knowledge in designing tools PV syst, Sketchup, Auto CAD will be preferred
